I am based on the Nottinghamshire / Lincolnshire border with easy access to both these counties' archives.

Whether you need a one-off look up or full family history, I can carry out research on your behalf, including:

• Census
• Birth, marriage, death indexes
• Parish registers
• Poor records
• Trade directories
• Wills
• Tithe and enclosure maps
• Local Newspapers
• All relevant archive indexes searched
• Document ordering or copying
• Report of findings including index to all sources and copies of documents used

Alternatively, if you want to carry out research yourself but are stuck or don't know where to go next, I can draw up a research plan for you to follow.

You are always in control of how much you spend - you can set limits on time and costs to suit you.

I will do everything I can to maximise results in the time available, however, there are no guarantees with family history research. Some ancestors are easier to track than others.

You may want to set a short time to start with and see how it goes. You can always request additional time later!

Documents supplied at cost eg: birth, marriage, death certificates currently £7.00 / copy + postage

Photocopies, prints from archives at cost, around 40p-60p / page + postage
